Always use decarboxylated cannabis in your edibles to get the full effects of the cannabinoids. In order to properly decarboxylate, heat cannabis in the oven before infusing. Crumble dry cannabis and bake in the oven at 240°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 c kale leaves lightly packed with stems removed
  • 1 banana chopped into pieces
  • 1 c mango fresh or frozen chunks
  • 1 c cannabis yogurt
  • 1/2 c orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a blender.
  • Mix on high for 3 minutes.

Notes

This recipe yields 4 cups.
