The Best Way to Infuse a Smoothie
The easiest way to infuse a canna kale smoothie is to use cannamilk. However, you can also use cannabis infused yogurt to infuse any smoothie. Also, add your favorite tincture in case you don’t have other infused products to use.
Always use decarboxylated cannabis in your edibles to get the full effects of the cannabinoids. In order to properly decarboxylate, heat cannabis in the oven before infusing. Crumble dry cannabis and bake in the oven at 240°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
Canna Kale Smoothie
- 2 c kale leaves lightly packed with stems removed
- 1 banana chopped into pieces
- 1 c mango fresh or frozen chunks
- 1 c cannabis yogurt
- 1/2 c orange juice
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Mix on high for 3 minutes.
